Traditional naturopathic wellness care recognizes that health and disease are completely linked to a complex of physical, mental, emotional, environmental, social and spiritual factors.

The traditional naturopath's role is to create an environment of support that encourages the body's inherent ability to establish, maintain and restore whole health through assisting in removing obstacles and providing support for the creation of energetic equilibrium known as homeostasis.

The first step on the wellness journey begins with an in-depth consultation where you share your whole history - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. By listening compassionately to your unique story I can best develop a clear understanding of exactly who you are.

We then explore together how to best utilize natural supports that are appropriate for your lifestyle and situation. These restorative methods may include nutrition education, herbal remedies, energy balancing, mental re-patterning and spiritual counsel. Working together to create your optimum, unique state of health we find the root cause of any imbalances.

By implementing the supportive tools provided and integrating the education offered you will experience the joy and freedom of balance in your life.

Naturopathic wellness care consultations can be easily and effectively done in person in the Great Barrington, Massachusetts area, or by phone from anywhere in the country. I have worked successfully with people both local and at distance for many years.
